Up & Down Double Vision Camera Auto Correction
CHM-T36VA has double CCD vision cameras, which can auto calibrate the offset for all different kinds of component and ICs, auto correction of pick position and angle ,it is industry camera with high accuracy taking image of IC, to make sure the accuracy, calibrate two component of offset and rotation for PCB.
Z axis detection
Z axis detection can self-checking the height and angle during placement. Making sure machine work perfectly with different kinds of components. Nozzles are Juki, magnet inside, use your finger can remove it down, no need wrench , very convenient.
Closed-loop Motion Control System
it can be four-axis linkage, move faster and smoothly. both nozzle can working together, not single nozzle working any more, support single step. X,Y axis encoder installed, never lose step. Flexible S accelerate and decelerate, make sure high speed placement working perfect.

FAQ
1. Whether the linear guide rail and round rod have an impact on the accuracy of the SMT pick and place machine ?
No impact at all .Using linear guide rail or round rod has no effect on the accuracy of the mounting machine, the precision of the mounting machine depends on the motor and software control system used by the mounting machine only.
2. Is the software control system of your desktop SMT independently developed by your company?
Yes, our desktop SMT uses Linux system. Linux system supports cross-platform hardware support, rich software support, reliable security and stability.
3. Do you use electromagnetic coil to control the pulling needles? What are the advantages if comparing to cylinder control?
Yes, the drawing needle we use is controlled by the electromagnetic coil. Comparing with the cylinder control, the electromagnetic coil control has the characteristics of faster response, softer force and less noise. The quick reaction can speed up the mounting speed; Soft strength refers to the strength of the pull needle is soft when pressing down, and the pull needle is not easy to break.
